Fresh Salad


Ingredients: Split Peas, Beans, Mint, Parsley, Onion, Pepper, Sumac, Star anise.

Soak for 12 hours in 5 volumes of water, then bring to the boil in the same water for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Serve cold.

Store for 48 hours in the fridge after cooking.

Shelf life 6 months.
