Vegetarian Steak


Ingredients: Ginger, Beans, Spelled, Flax, Tomato, Split Peas, Onion, Lentils, Grapes, Thyme.

Soak for 12 hours in 5 volumes of water then bring to the boil for 1h30 in the same water.

Eat hot or cold.

Store for 48 hours in the fridge after cooking.

Shelf life 6 months.
